GP Partner/ Salaried GP

4 - 8 sessions worked over a Monday to Friday

A great opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant rural GP practice as we sadly say goodbye shortly to one of our GP Partners who is retiring. Working from 3 sites - Four Crosses and Llanfyllin being the main hubs of care - we provide a high level of patient care and have a strong track record of developing services locally for our very supportive patients.  We are a training practice at all levels from Doctors to receptionists and have a large multidisciplinary team. Allowing people to develop their ideas and build on clinical strengths is a priority for us as well as having someone who respects the vital part that every member of the primary care team brings to effective patient care.

There are 7 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs and a regular locum as needed. Most of us work part time and all have special interests. We always work together and there  is always someone in the next room to mull over an issue, have a quick chat to help the day go by. We get on well and generally pass ideas between us and thrash out clinical and non-clinical problems in a non-judgemental manner where everyone’s opinion counts.

This opportunity provides a chance to work within a close-knit team and join a Practice where patient care is at the forefront of operations. Becoming a General Practitioner here will mean you benefit from a supportive team in an idyllic location and really feel you are holding a patient and being pivotal in establishing a diagnosis and treatment.

The closing date for this position is 16th February 2024.
