Would you like to start receiving notifications when your prescriptions are ready to collect?

Our new dispensing software is now embedded at our Llanfyllin and Four Crosses surgeries. This means that we are now able to set dispensing patients up to receive a notification when their medication is ready to collect. The system will also inform patients when item(s) owing to them are ready to collect.

If you sign up for notifications, you will receive an SMS, or email if you don't have a mobile, informing you that your prescription is ready to collect from your chosen surgery. The notification will contain a link to a QR code which our dispensing team will scan to show them the precise location of your prescription.

Please note, if you have already completed this form recently, you do not need to fill it out again. We will be embedding the new software in Llanrhaeadr soon - any patients who have filled out the form and collect from Llanrhaeadr surgery will not start receiving notifications until the new system is live.
